We're looking for young and challenge-seeking individuals to join us in the following roles we have to offer:
1. Recruitment Specialist
- Maintain an updated roaster of candidates placements and potential job opportunities
- Responsible for creating an effective and efficient recruitment process for both internally and externally
- Active use of recruitment tools from the job flow to the hiring system
- Work closely with recruitment team to deliver recruitment needs
- Follow up and coordinate with various recruitment channels
- Execute pre-screening and/or final phone or face-to-face interviews for junior & mid level posts & supports all parties in concern with work assessment
- Coordinate with employers for interview sessions
- To provide weekly update on recruitment progress
- Undertake further responsibilities that may evolve in the future (Career fair, campus road shows and other recruitment initiative)
2. Marketing Intern/Trainee
- Work with the team to reach out to as many association, colleges, universities as possible to reach out to more job seekers
- Participate and assist in on-ground events like career fairs, campus road shows, etc to market available jobs to job seekers
- Organizing relevant events at random places around KL and Selangor
- Assist in online job marketing activities
- Come out with creative and innovative ways to hype up the online job marketing campaign
